If you feel you require a refund/return you may request the refund/return by contacting us. We review all refund/return requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to decline any refund/return for any reason.
If a refund is approved, depending upon how you made the original payment, your refund will be credited to your credit/debit card, or if you paid by COD we will mail you a check for the proper amount.
Custom printed products are not refundable.
Under most circumstances, we will not provide a refund after 90 days have passed from the order date.
We reserve the right to add a 15% Re-Stocking fee to any refund.
